4. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Johanna Decor products are made to order.
Please allow approximately 7 business days for production before your order ships.
Under normal shipping conditions, the estimated total turnaround time is approximately 10 business days from the date your order is placed to delivery.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on shipping destination, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, seasonal volume, or other circumstances outside Johanna Decor’s reasonable control.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the production and delivery timeline displayed on the product page, cart, checkout, and order confirmation.
5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND INVENTORY
Product availability is subject to change without notice.
An item displayed as available or in stock does not necessarily mean that it is ready for immediate shipment. Inventory availability may represent the quantity currently available to order or produce.
Because Johanna Decor products are made to order, the production period described in these Terms applies even when an item is shown as available.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable.

6. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Johanna Decor currently ships within the United States only.

Once your order completes production and is shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
Johanna Decor currently does not guarantee expedited production or expedited shipping unless such a service is expressly offered at the time of purchase.

11. DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Any delivery date or estimated turnaround displayed on the website is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by events outside our control, including weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, holiday volume, transportation delays, or other circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
